hot tired and sweaty.

The title says it all. We are indeed cooking now and people seem to be enjoying the food so far. There are a few things that we had assumed were the same restaurants the world over, but really aren't. Like people getting served all their food at the proper times and actually getting what they ordered. The service staff may hate us before we are through. On the plus side, our new cook is working out well.

This may seem to be stating the obvious, but everything is very different here, from ordering our products to our products themselves. I have now specified that our ducks arrive without their heads.

The police are aware of our presence now and have inquired with the ownership about us. We were told not to worry.

And finally, fingers crossed, we are moving into the apartment tomorrow. Hooray.

goodnight all, I need a beer.

hot and sweaty makes the food taste better
when in rome do as the romans
the people in the far east and for that matter here in chinatown, which you know is around the corner, wouldnt thnk of buying and animal without the head and for tht matter the feathers on the head . this tells them that what they buy is what they get and soon you will find out that that is not a bad thing . the duckman will start delivering difrnt ducks then you ordered and your customers wont be happy
just get used to it buy the ducks with heads and feathers on the head and just chop them off
feed them to the local cats and pick them plum cats for appetiser meats . as they say when in rome do as the romans .also in chinese culture chickens /ducks and so on have no soul thats why they dont cut them as we would . legs . thighs . breast and so on put with the cleaver hack them in pieces that will include whatever kind of parts
